  • It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.

  • You have access for one year.

  • We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 15 days and we will give you a full refund.

  • No - the online class and book are the same content and teach the same strategies (although the nuances and explanations in the class might help you, as you'll hear Julie and Heather talk you through it). If you prefer to watch and listen to us describe the methods (versus reading), then the online class is for you. If you've read the book already and still want more help, we recommend an individual consultation (see our website) instead of the online class.
