Spotlight On
-
Moving to the big bed
Learn how to use our “expanded crib” concept to avoid adding new, unhelpful sleep associations as you prepare to transition your child to a toddler bed.
-
How to talk to your child about sleep
At this age, talking with your child about their new sleep plan, in calm moments during the day, helps them know what to expect and feel capable, knowing they’re part of the process.
-
When to stop napping
Learn why it’s important not to drop the nap too soon and how to know when it’s time.
-
Nightmares and fears of the dark
We’ll teach you ways of responding to fears and nightmares, while helping your child create their own coping tools. This will help you keep their sleep on track during normal ups and downs.
-
When your child takes over the bedtime routine
It’s very normal for kids to want to delay bedtime by stretching out their routine. We’ll help you hold onto your routine with empathy and clear limits.

You have access for one year.

No - the online class and book are the same content and teach the same strategies (although the nuances and explanations in the class might help you, as you'll hear Julie and Heather talk you through it). If you prefer to watch and listen to us describe the methods (versus reading), then the online class is for you. If you've read the book already and still want more help, we recommend an individual consultation (see our website) instead of the online class.
