0-4 Months
Newborn babies have sleep patterns that are naturally erratic. This is a time for flexibility, soothing, feeding on demand — and it can be the most challenging and exhausting time for many families. The good news is that baby sleep develops steadily during the first 4 months. This class gives you specific tools to support your baby as they practice their emerging self-soothing skills.

3-5 Months
3-5 months can be a unique and challenging time for sleep. Babies are more alert and aware than they used to be, but their nervous systems are not mature yet. Enter, our mini-class for this in-between sleep stage!

4-24 Months
We know how ready you are to move on from the exhausting early months and have your entire family sleep through the night. The great news is, by 4-5 months, your baby is ready too! After watching this class, you will have a clear sleep plan for your baby to sleep through the night. If you implement the Sleep Wave in an organized and consistent way, night sleep improves in 2-7 nights.
